Wayne F. Walters

Wayne F. Walters “Weiner”, 81, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 27, 2023, at Northland Lodge in Two Rivers.

Wayne was born on March 12, 1942, to Alvin Sr. and Antonia (Leon) Walters in Sheboygan. He graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School. Wayne was employed at Vollrath Company for most of his working career.

Wayne was a member of Sin City Vans Club and enjoyed going to car shows. He was proud of his model cars he had collected over the years. Wayne loved going on road trips including a couple route 66 trips. He enjoyed socializing and going out to meet and talk with friends. Wayne loved his pet companions over the years, Pudgie, Ollie, and Karen.

Wayne is survived by his special niece, Susan (David Meneau) Walters of Whitelaw; nephews, Michael Walters of Sheboygan, David Walters of Milwaukee; daughter, Laurie Tuszynski and her family; great-nephews, Devin and Erik Walters; sister-in-law, Deloris Walters; cousins, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alvin Walters, Edward (Carol) Walters; and baby sister, Marjorie Walters.

A memorial service will be held at Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 3:00pm.

Relatives and friends may greet the family from 2:00pm until the time of service.

Memorials are appreciated in Wayne’s name to St. Croix Hospice and American Cancer Society.

His family would like to extend a special thank you to the staffs at St. Croix Hospice and Northland Lodge for their compassionate care of Wayne.
