Timothy Schwoerer

Timothy Gerald Schwoerer, 24, of Oshkosh, formerly of Sheboygan died unexpectedly of natural causes Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at his home. Tim was born on July 26, 1989 in Sheboygan to Steve and Kim (Juers) Schwoerer. He attended St. Dominic Catholic School through 8th grade, he then attended high school at Sheboygan North, where he graduated in 2008. He received his Associates degree in 2012 from UW Sheboygan. He attended Crossroads Community Church in Sheboygan. Tim was employed at Lakeside Plastics Inc. in Oshkosh. Tim had a love for sports. In high school he played football, tennis and basketball, which was his favorite. Tim continued his basketball career at UW Sheboygan, where he was the WI Collegiate Conference East Division Player of the Year. Throughout high school he was employed at the YMCA in the YDC program, where he also helped coach and mentor young basketball players. Tim was a Boy Scout through the 5th grade. He received the Academic Presidential Achievement Award while at St. Dominic School. He went on 2 mission trips with St. Dominic Church to Pennsylvania and Virginia Beach. He also loved camping, the outdoors, working out and running. Tim will be remembered as a kind soul with a competitive spirit. He had an infectious smile and contagious laugh. Tim was a quiet, easy going, genuine, down to earth young man. He was a wonderful role model to many and will be deeply missed. Tim is survived by his parents, Steve and Kim Schwoerer of Sheboygan; his sister, Stephanie Schwoerer of Milwaukee; his grandparents, Hugo and Marge Schwoerer of Sheboygan and his adopted grandparents, Ron and Sandy Radder of Plymouth; His Aunts and Uncles, Carolyn (Cary) Underhill of CA, Gerald (Nicki) Schwoerer, Tim's Godparents, of Chippewa Falls, Cathy (Jim) Kesner of Sheboygan, Christy (Jim) Valukas of Kiel, Mary (Joseph) Winscher of Sheboygan, Patti (special friend Pat) Schwoerer of IL, Julie Juers of MN, Kris (Jed) Williams of Howards Grove, Sheri (special friend John) Juers of Sheboygan, Kelly (Christian) Wood of Howards Grove, Lance Ashland of MN, Scott Griesbach of Sheboygan, Rob Fenner of ND, Steve (Wendy) Radder of Kiel, Dave (Lisa) Radder of Plymouth, Christine (Ken) Krueger of Oshkosh; his girlfriend, Jordyn Scheuren of Kohler; loving cousins he considered brothers and sisters; Nate, Lisa, Val, Karen, Amy, Laura, Sarah, Ryan, Daniel, Jesse, Tiffany, Taylor, Clark, Danny, Abbie, Chase, Brianna, Austin, Hayley, Alex, Josh, Claire, Ryan, Taylor, Luke and Allison; his cherished friends, Alex "Conz" Conway, Matt "Job" Clarke, Ross "Toss" Tuneberg, Tom "Red" Eirich, Cedric "Ced" Foster, Demetrius " Meechie" Stephens, Marcus "Marky"Harris, Tommy "TO" Olson, Joseph " Joey" Burgarino, TJ "Kells" Kellner, Daniel "Danny" Diener and Matthew "Matt" Hiebing; his golden retriever, Murphy. He was also blessed to have such amazing friendships - too numerous to mention - he loved you all. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Clark and Karen (Gosse) Juers and his childhood pet, Jackson. Funeral Services to celebrate Tim's life will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 4pm at the Evangelical Free Church, 1710 N. 15th St. Sheboygan with Pastor Jeff Jaeger officiating. Burial will be at Lutheran Cemetery in Sheboygan on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 2pm. Relatives and friends may call upon the family Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the church from 11am until the time of service at 4pm.
