Thomas Arza Scribner, a lifelong resident of Sheboygan Falls, passed away Tuesday morning, February 2, 2021 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. He was 88 years old.Thomas was born on December 21, 1932, in Green Bay, WI to Glen and Helen (nee Heisdorf) Scribner. He was a 1950 graduate of Sheboygan Falls HS. He went on to serve his country in the US Army from 1953-1955, and was stationed in Germany.Tom was united in marriage with Gisella Reinthaler in April of 1957 in Sheboygan. She preceded him in death in 2001. On July 13, 2007 he was united in marriage with the love of his life, Elizabeth McCue, in Sheboygan Falls. She preceded him in death in 2014.For 63 years, Tom worked at B&B Ford in Sheboygan Falls. He retired in 2013 after many years as co-owner with Jon Kennedy, someone he considered a close friend. You name the year and he could tell you the car he drove that year. This place held a special place in his heart. He was formerly a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls as well as the American Legion Post #149. He enjoyed golfing, playing sheepshead, reading, watching TV and playing dominos with his family. Don't try to cheat, he would catch you in a heartbeat. He was as sharp as a tack. He also cherished many memories, on and off the golf course, with dear friend Vern Endsley.Thomas is survived by his daughter, Sharon Luecke of Fox Point and two grandchildren, Jessica Luecke of Costa Rica and Mitch Luecke of Brown Deer. He is further survived by the McCue family, other relatives and friends.Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Glen and Helen Scribner, his wives Elizabeth and Gisella Ann, sister Margaret Jane (James) Burich and dear friends Jon Kennedy and Vern Endsley.A private family memorial service with military honors will be held.
