Theodore O'Grady

Theodore H. O'Grady, 91, of Sheboygan Falls died on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Pine Haven Christian Home. Ted was born on September 28, 1923 in the Town of Sheboygan to the late Francis and Mary O'Grady. He attended Sheboygan Central High school and then served in the US Army during World War II from 1943-46. On October 13, 1946 he married Dorothy Justinger in St. Louis, MO. Dorothy preceded him in death on December 12, 2003 following 57 years of marriage. Ted was a machinist for Hydraulic Tool Co. for 22 years before his retirement in 1984. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and was very proud of his Irish heritage. Ted is survived by his two sons, Dennis (Joan Vowinkel) O'Grady of Appleton and Michael (Deborah Frier) O'Grady of Sheboygan Falls; five grandchildren, Erika (Allan) VanRyzin, Darcy (Jamie) Brown, Jeffrey (Laura) O'Grady, Brian O'Grady, and Heather (Ted) Rostkowski; five great grandchildren, Shen VanRyzin, Darwin and Harlan Rostkowski, Chloe and Alyssa Brown. Ted was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; numerous brothers and sisters. Private family services and burial will be held at Greendale Cemetery in Sheboygan.
