Ryan Thomas Moyer, 31, of Adell passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Ryan was born on July 22, 1985 in Indianapolis, IN to Jeffrey and Kandace (Fischer) Moyer. He was a 2004 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School and graduated from Moraine Park Technical College in 2006 with a degree in Culinary Arts. On June 26, 2015, Ryan married the love of his life, Julie Schulz in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Ryan worked at Cucina and the American Club from 2002-2012, starting out as a bus boy and working up to a Sous Chef. He worked as a laborer at SACO Polymers from 2012-2016. In 2016 he started as a service technician for Leif's Performance Heating and Air. Ryan was a dedicated member of the Waldo and Cascade Fire Departments for the past 5 years and was also a member of the Brew City F.O.O.L.S. He loved being a fire fighter with all his heart and soul. In 2014 he was named Waldo Fire Fighter of the year. Ryan enjoyed bow hunting, fishing, boating, building things, spending time with his dogs and being on the pit crew for Berth Racing. Most of all, Ryan loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his wife and his baby boy. Ryan is survived by his wife, Julie; his son, Tanner; parents, Jeffrey and Kandace Moyer of Plymouth; parents-in-law, David and Linda Schulz of Sheboygan; one brother, Travis (Lauren) Moyer of Sheboygan Falls; sister-in-law, Laura (Brad) Wexler of Brookfield; one nephew, Porter Moyer; grandparents, Marvin and Gerry Fischer, formerly of Sheboygan Falls, Don and Sherri Moyer of IN and Caroleen Moyer of IN; grandparents-in-law, Richard Schulz of Sheboygan and Lorraine Jonas of Pewaukee; aunts and uncles, Cindy Taubenheim, Michael Kallio, Randy Fischer, Sharon Hildebrand, Jeff and Shelly Fischer, Bruce and Amy Fischer, Darrel and Cheri Moyer, Bryan Moyer, Brad and Holly Moyer, Karissa Stoner, Barb and Dale Feld and Anne Jonas; and cousins, Zach (Tiffany), Craig (Kirby), Jake (Samantha), Tyler (Amanda), Josh (Fernanda), Tiffany (Hayden), Brandon (Ashley), Jeremy (Angela), Noah, Taylor, Tyler, J.J, Kaya, Cole, Emily, Rebecca (Brian), Daniel (Christie) and Jonathan (Kristen). He is further survived by other relatives, many dear friends and his fire fighter brotherhood. Ryan was preceded in death by grandparents-in-law, Marilyn Schulz and William Jonas and uncle-in-law, Richard Jonas. A funeral service to celebrate Ryan's life will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 11am at Blessed Trinity Parish with Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Sheboygan Falls. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday, February 10, 2017 at Blessed Trinity Parish from 2-8pm and again on Saturday from 9am until the time of mass at 11am.
