Ronald Sipiorski

March 11, 1947 — January 19, 2015

Ronald F. Sipiorski, 67, of Spring Green and formerly of Oostburg, died at his home on Monday, January 19, 2015 following a courageous ten year battle with cancer. Ronald was born on March 11, 1947 in Kewaunee, the son of Harry and Viola (Delwiche) Sipiorski. He graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc in 1965 and then attended Lakeshore Technical College. Ronald served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. On November 7, 1980 he married Barbara Payne in Sheboygan. Ronald was an HVAC Specialist for the Sheboygan Area School District for 35 years before his retirement in 2005. Ronald was a member of the New Life Pentecostal Church in Dodgeville where he served on the church board of directors. He was also president of the AFSCME Union and was a member of the VFW. He enjoyed hunting, woodworking, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren. He had helped to establish the Apostolic Bible Church and was devoted to his church. Ronald is survived by his wife of 34 years, Barbara of Spring Green; two daughters, Rebekah Anne Sipiorski of Fitchburg and Jody Jean Sipiorski of Appleton; two sons, Kasey Clinton Sipiorski of Sheboygan and Jaydee Douglas Sipiorski of Oostburg; six grandchildren, Kyanna Davidson, Terry Love Jr., Shantel, Hailey, Trinity Sipiorski, Nyla Mitchell; one sister, Nancy Schmidt; two brothers, Kenny Sipiorski and Mike Sipiorski; seven sisters-in-law, Kathy Gahagen, Donna Perkey, Jennette Stregy, Sandra Schindler, Mary Krebsbach, Evelyn Schindler, Peggy Sonneman; four brothers-in-law, Donald, Danny, James and Ervin "Jacky" Payne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Traevon Frank Mitchell; two brothers, Harry "Butch" and Jim Sipioski; sister-in-law Brenda Schisel; and his best friend John Greenheck. A funeral to celebrate Ronald's life will take place at the Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 1 pm with the Rev. Simon Chappell officiating. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park in the Town of Sheboygan. Family and friends will gather at the Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg on Saturday from 10 am until the time of the service at 1 pm.
