Rita Sipiorski, 79, of 432 Richmond Ave, Sheboygan Falls died peacefully on Friday afternoon, April 9, 2010 at St. Nicholas Hospital with her daughter and grandchildren at her side following a lengthy illness. Rita was born on September 19, 1930 in Denmark, WI, the daughter of the late John and Verna (Rybicki) Nitka. She graduated from Denmark High School in 1949. On September 3, 1949 she married the late Bernard A. Sipiorski in Denmark. He preceded her in death on May 29, 1986. Rita was a housekeeper for the Kohler family for 57 years before her retirement in 2007. She was a baker for the Lean Bean Café at the Sports Core and tended bar a numerous local establishments. Rita was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls and the VFW Auxiliary in Denmark. She enjoyed baking, golf, bowling, dancing, travel and spending time outdoors meticulously manicuring her yard. Rita loved being with people and enjoyed life to the fullest, but her true joy was spending time with her daughter, granddaughter and grandson. Rita is survived by her daughter, Terry Sipiorski of Sheboygan Falls, granddaughter, Crystal Ewald; grandson, Brian Hunt; seven sisters-in-law, Charlene Nitka of Bellevue, Helen Nitka of Cascade, Clara Sipiorski of Kohler, Dorothy (Ernst) Rosik of Denmark, Mary Ann Sipiorski of Green Bay, Audrey (Myron) Rentmeester of Green Bay and Julia Apel of Sheboygan Falls; one brother-in-law, Clement (Joyce) Sipiorski of Denmark; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard; parents, John and Verna Nitka; two sisters, Gertrude (Stanley) Grusczynski and Wanda (Felix) Sipiorski; two brothers, Steven and Edmund Nitka; and parents-in-law, Stanley and Katherine Sipiorski. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 6 pm with the Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. Entombment will take place at the Gardens of Peace in the Town of Sheboygan. Friends may call at Blessed Trinity Parish on Tuesday, from 3 pm until the time of the Mass at 6 pm.
