Rita Dickmann

Rita M. Dickmann, 88, of Sheboygan Falls died on Tuesday afternoon, June 7, 2016 while residing at Sheboygan Progressive Care Center. Rita was born on December 19, 1927, the daughter of George and Margaret (Kaiser) Kriedler. She attended Valley Grade School. On October 21, 1950, Rita married LeRoy Dickmann in Sheboygan. LeRoy preceded her in death on October 29, 1979. Rita was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Sheboygan and enjoyed playing bingo, embroidery, and gardening. She is survived by her son, Henry (Pat) Dickmann of Sheboygan; a grandaughter, Tammy Dickmann-Flunker; a great grandaughter, Samantha Flunker; a sister, Irene Nelson; a half-sister, Olive Laessig; three brothers, Leon (Geraldine) Kriedler, Albert (Margie) Kriedler, Frank (Pat) Kriedler; a brother-in-law, Gene Hasseler; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Rita was preceded in death by her parents, husband, LeRoy; three sisters, Lillian (Harry) Phillips, Rosemary Hasseler, Bernadine Fass; and a brother-in-law David Nelson. A funeral to celebrate Rita's life will take place at the Chapel of Eternal Light located at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Friday, June 10, 2016 at 1 pm with Rev. Kristin Berglund officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Family and friends may call at the cemetery chapel on Friday from Noon until the time of the service at 1 pm. A memorial fund is being established in her memory for St. Peter Lutheran Church.
