Richard Wollert

Richard C. Wollert, 73, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.Richard was born on December 21, 1943, in Milwaukee, son of Harold and Gertrude (Lewin) Wollert.  He attended Milwaukee area schools.  On May 4, 1963, he married Faye C. LaRonge in Milwaukee.  Richard was employed as a manager at Bemis Manufacturing.Richard enjoyed bowling, doing yardwork, gambling, and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.  He will always be remembered as being meticulous about his cars.  Richard especially enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will always be remembered by his great sense of humor and care for people.Richard is survived by his wife of 54 years, Faye; his daughter, Kendra Wollert of Sheboygan Falls; his son, Jeff (Debbie) Wollert of Sheboygan Falls; three grandchildren, Ethan Wollert, Emma Wollert, and Tyler Wollert; his sister, Sandy Orth of Oak Creek; and three brothers, Gene (Paula) Wollert of Milwaukee, Charles (Anita) Wollert of Milwaukee, and Roger (Kim) Wollert of Butler, WI.Richard was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Harold Wollert.A memorial service to celebrate Richard's life will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls.  Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the time of the service at 6:00 pm.A memorial fund has been established in Richard's name.For online condolences and additional information please visit www.wenigfh.com The staff of the Wenig Funeral Home of Sheboygan Falls (920-467-3431) is assisting Richard's family with arrangements.
