Richard Paul Gutoski Richard P. "Dick" Gutoski, 87, of 518 Western Ave, Sheboygan Falls died at his home on Tuesday afternoon, November 4, 2008 with his family at his side. Dick was born on March 12, 1921 in Oconto Falls, the son of the late John and Mary (Grunkoroski) Gutoski. He attended Oconto Falls High School. Following high school Dick worked with the CCC in northern Wisconsin and then served in the US Army during WW II in the Aleutian Islands and India. On August 21, 1948 he married the former Hilda Keippel in Sheboygan Falls. Dick owned Rightway Construction Co. for over 30 years before his retirement. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls and was a participant of the choir, church council and played dartball. Dick was also past president of the Sheboygan Falls Lions Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, yardwork, music, playing cards, and spending time at his cottage at Pelican Lake and wintering in Naples, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Hilda; one daughter, Terese (Chet) Ulickey of Milwaukee; one son, Michael (Lynn) Gutoski of Milwaukee; six grandchildren, Garrett, Zachary and Jacob Ulickey, Anthony (Lea), Jonathan, and Carlynn Gutoski. Dick was looking forward to the birth of his first great grandson due to be born in March. He is also survived by one brother, Clarence Gutoski of Sheboygan and a sister-in-law, Violet Gutoski of Sheboygan. He was preceded in death by one sister, Laura (Ervin) Schmidt, and three brothers, Henry, Frank (Dorothy) and Edward Gutoski. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, November 7, 2008 at St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Mark Janzen officiating. Burial will follow at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 11 am until the time of the service at 2 pm.
