Natalie R. Martin, 11, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, as a result of a fire at their family home. Natalie was born on March 8, 2004, in Sheboygan. She is the daughter of Matthew Martin, Kristi (Schmidt) and Christopher Maki. Natalie was a sixth grader at Farnsworth Middle School in Sheboygan. Natalie was part of the family at Crossroads Community Church in Sheboygan. She was a member of REINS Riding Program and school chorus. Natalie was artistic and enjoyed arts and crafts, and singing. Natalie is survived by her parents, Kristi and Christopher Maki of Sheboygan Falls and Matthew Martin of Sheboygan; her sister, Jenna Martin; grandparents, Larry and Mary Martin of Sheboygan, Marcie and David Laurin of Sheboygan Falls, Renee Thompson of Sheboygan, and Mike Schmidt of Sheboygan; great-grandparents, Robin Krause of Sheboygan, Betty Thompson of Cleveland, OH, Gary and Marsha Thompson of Georgia; and many dear aunts, uncles, and cousins. Natalie was preceded in death by her brothers, Benjamin Martin and Carter Maki. A service to celebrate Natalie's life will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, February 1, 2016, at Southside Alliance Church with Pastor Jeff Jaeger officiating. Friends may gather at the church from 1:30 pm until the time of the service at 6:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Natalie's name for Living Hope International.
