Nancy Sweet

Nancy J. Sweet, 68, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015, at her home. Nancy was born on November 21, 1946, in Fond du Lac, daughter of Clifford and Geraldine (Caesman) Erickson. She was a 1965 graduate of North Fond du Lac High School. On August 26, 1965, she married Kurt S. Sweet in Fond du Lac. Nancy enjoyed needlework, crafts, and had a special interest in helping those with autism. Nancy is survived by her husband of 49 years, Kurt; her two daughters, Rebecca (Steven) Price of Oostburg and Janice (Craig) Scott of Sheboygan Falls; her son, Jayson (Sylvia) Sweet of San Antonio, TX; 13 grandchildren; and one great-granchild. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Gail. A memorial service to celebrate Nancy's life will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, May 22, 2015, at the Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg with Rev. Mark Janzen officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of the service at 4:00 pm. A memorial fund has been established in Nancy's name for Autism Society of Wisconsin.
