Matthew Orth

Matthew Alan Orth, 38, of Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 15, 2018.Matthew was born on December 3, 1979, in Dayton, OH. He attended Deltona High School and Pine Ridge High School in Florida. If you ever met Matthew, you knew you had friend for life. You could always count on him for even the smallest things. He loved all the memories he made as a young man. He was a native of south Florida. He enjoyed fishing, spending time at the ocean, and most of all, spending time with his family and friends. Matthew was the best father, in fact, he put the "F" in father. Nothing made him happier than being with his children. Matthew loved everything about God's planet. He was amazed looking at the stars. To us shines the brightest star, our Matthew Alan Orth. Psalms 147:4, "He determines the number of stars and calls them each by one." Matthew is survived by his parents, Amelia & Andrew Orth; two daughters, Sophia Orth, Amelia Orth; two sons, Levi Orth, Matthew Orth, Jr.; grandfather, Norbert Orth; grandparents, Re & Grace Foss; former wife, Rachel Orth; five brothers, Richard (Somer) Orth, Myron Perry, Richard Humerick, Randy Bertholf, Cody Leis; and a sister, Kathy (Matthew) Wells. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A funeral service to celebrate Matthew's life will be held on Friday, March 23, 2018, at 12pm at Christian Life Church at 300 Rustic Street in Plymouth with Rev. Richard York and Rev. Sharon York officiating. A burial will take place at St. Wendel Catholic Cemetery in Cleveland, WI.Relatives and friends may greet the family for a time of visitation at the church on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm.
