Mary Lou Conger

Mary Lou Conger, 82, of Sheboygan Falls, entered eternal life on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at New Perspectives Senior Living in West Bend.

Mary Lou Schils was born on May 7, 1940, to Victor & Helen (Latendress) Schils in Sheboygan and was a 1958 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School.

On June 27, 1959, Mary Lou was united in marriage to her best friend, Edgar L. Conger. Edgar preceded Mary Lou in death on March 28, 2000.

Over the years, Mary Lou was an active volunteer with Camp Fire Girls in many capacities. She was also an active member of her church along with other community volunteer opportunities.

She enjoyed attending craft fairs and the theater, being on her computer, and watching the stock market. Above all, she cherished time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Mary Lou is survived by her three children, Jodi Conger of Milwaukee; Kelli (Bob) Kaminski of Jackson; and Nicholas (Susan) Conger of Hartford; two grandchildren, Ryan (Elizabeth) Kaminski, Morgan (Jacob) Segrin; four great-grandchildren, Graham, Leighton, Reagan, Baylor; and three siblings, Philip (LouAnn) Schils, Meladie (Frederick) Kallien, and Beverly Shaffer.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Edgar L. Conger; parents, Victor & Helen Schils, parents-in-law, Edgar & Lorraine Conger; and dear friends, Robert & Joan Eldridge.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 12:30pm with Fr. Schmeckel officiating. Visitation will take place at church from 11:00 am until the time of mass at 12:30 pm. Private interment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Sheboygan.

Memorial contributions can be made in her name to Blessed Trinity Parish.
