Mary J. Lockman, 71, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015, at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. Mary was born on August 5, 1944, in Wisconsin Rapids, daughter of Clarence and Anne (Seigman) Hopp. She was a 1961 graduate of Lincoln High School. On March 21, 1967, she married Larry J. Lockman Sr. in Wisconsin Rapids. Mary provided child care for 15 years. Mary cherished the time she could spend with her family. She also enjoyed crocheting, beadwork, cooking, baking, country western oldies and Elvis Presley, hunting, gardening, casino bingo, and playing cards. Mary is survived by her husband of 48 years, Larry; her two daughters, Tina M. Lockman of Sheboygan Falls and Linda J. (Scott) Swita of Sheboygan; her son, Larry J. (Lisa) Lockman of Sheboygan Falls; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Lockman, Samantha (Donald) Rideout, and Larry Lockman; one great-granddaughter, Henley Rideout; one sister, Rita (Martin) Kellermann of Nekoosa; and one brother-in-law, Gordon Collins of Nekoosa. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Dorothy Collins. A memorial service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 29, 2015, at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls. Family and friends will gather from 9:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am. A memorial fund has been established in Mary's name.
