Marjorie J. Popp, 90, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Hospital. Marjorie was born on July 2, 1924, in the Town of Lima, daughter of Abram and Jenny (Brusse) Dulmes. She was a 1942 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School. On December 7, 1946, she married Kenneth Popp in Iowa. Marjorie was employed with Lakeland Manufacturing for ten years. Marjorie was a member of Bethany Reformed Church in Sheboygan. She enjoyed sewing, canning, Bible reading, organ playing, and spending time with her family. Marjorie is survived by her husband of 68 years, Kenneth; her three sons, David (friend Virginia Fuchs) Popp of Phillips, Daniel (Cindy) Popp of Sheboygan Falls, and Brian (Kevin Williams) Popp of Sheboygan; six grandchildren, Stephanie (Phil) Markgraf, Nicole (Jesse) Burt, Jason (Becky) Popp, Timothy (Katie) Popp, Tiffany Mueller, and Dane Schmidt; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Doris (Alan) Smith of Virginia; and one sister-in-law, Mary Dulmes of Oostburg. Marjorie was preceded in death by her two infant sons, two daughters-in-law, Jane Popp and Robin Duenk Popp, three sisters, Mildred (Lewis) Kaland, Helen (Melvin) Oonk, and Viola (Kenneth) Meyer, and two brothers, Lloyd (Mary) Dulmes and Ronald Dulmes. A memorial service to celebrate Marjorie's life will be held at Noon on Monday, February 2, 2015, at Bethany Reformed Church in Sheboygan with Rev. Philip Rose officiating. Inurnment will take place at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Monday from 10:30 am until the time of the service at noon. A memorial fund has been established in Marjorie's name for the Sheboygan County Cancer Care Fund.
