Lucille C. Littmann, 94, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016, at her home. Lucille was born on September 3, 1921, in Sheboygan, daughter of Otto and Emma (Versch) Abraham. She attended Longfellow Grade School and Central High School graduating in 1939. She spent three years as a nurse's aide. Lucille married Arthur Littmann on October 4, 1941 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Arthur passed away on May 17, 1998. Lucille spent many years with Art working on their farm, Windhaven, raising goats, cows, chickens, and numerous animals. She spent many hours tending to her vegetable and flower gardens. They enjoyed exchanging seeds and tips with family and friends. Lucille was known for her delicious fresh cooking and baking, providing for family and others all winter long. She loved reading and sharing God's love. Lucille supported many missionaries and spent time helping at church with many groups and activities. She was member of the Legion Auxiliary, Library Friends, Maywood, the historical society, and the American Red Cross. Lucille is survived by her two sons, John Littmann of Eden Prairie, MN and David (Virginia) Littmann of Sheboygan Falls; four grandchildren, Andrew (Jennifer) Littmann, Laura (Michael) Bivona, Peter (Cassie) Littmann, and Thomas Littmann; eight great-grandchildren, Emma, Alia, and Brie Bivona, Ellison, Quinn, Davis, and Emmett Littmann, and Hayley Littmann. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Arthur, her parents, and her brother, Walter (Antoinette) Abraham. A memorial service to celebrate Lucille's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sheboygan with Rev. Timothy Kuske officiating. Relatives and friends may gather at the church on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm. A memorial fund has been established in Lucille's name for Calvary Ev. Lutheran Church, Maywood Environmental Center, and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Lucille's family would like to thank her family and friends who helped through her struggle with Alzheimer's, and her wonderful caregivers, Tammy and Dixie. Thanks to the special North High students, Nancy, and Nikita, who provided their time and music for Lucille through the Alzheimer's Association and Alive Inside program.
