Kenneth W. Mulder, 89, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at Pine Haven Christian Home. Kenneth was born on September 9, 1927, in the Town of Lima, son of Clarence and Susie (Rauwerdink) Mulder. He was a 1945 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School. Kenneth served in the US Marine Corps from 1951-1953. On September 2, 1950, he married Audrey J. Buehler in Sheboygan Falls. Kenneth was a lifelong dairy farmer in the Town of Lima. Kenneth was a member of First Reformed Church in Sheboygan Falls, where he served as a deacon, elder, and usher. He was a past member of the Pine Haven Board of Directors, Sheboygan Co. Farm Bureau, the American Angus Association, and served as the general leader of the Dye Road 4-H Club. Kenneth enjoyed bowling, sheepshead, antiquing, traveling, big band music, reading, coin and stamp collecting, dancing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid Green Bay Packer, UW Badgers, and NASCAR Fan. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 66 years, Audrey; his three daughters, Jean (Dennis) Scroggins, Joan (Dale) Hoffmann, and , Jane (Dan) Van Wyk, all of Sheboygan Falls; his son, Jim (Cyndi) Mulder of Sheboygan Falls; ten grandchildren, Joshua (Bobbie) Stroessner, Joy (Josh) Heinen, Audra (friend Seth Van Gheem) Hoffmann, Megan (TJ) Baggett, Erica (Mike) Sommerfield, Brian (Jenn) Van Wyk, Jamie (Zach) Delk, Scott (Heather) Mulder, Timothy Mulder, and Kari (Joe) Below; 16 great-grandchildren; one brother, Norman (Marge) Mulder of Sheboygan Falls; and two sisters-in-law, Marlys (Gene) Samse of Cedarburg and Barb Buehler of Merril. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, his grandson, Thomas Van Wyk, and his brother-in-law, David Buehler. Funeral services to celebrate Kenneth's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at First Reformed Church in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Brad Veenendaal officiating. Burial will take place at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery. Relatives and friends may gather at the church on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Kenneth's name for the Pine Haven Christian Communities.
