Joyce M. Anderson, 83, formerly of Wisconsin Avenue in Cedar Grove died early on Saturday morning, August 9, 2008, at the Cedar Grove Gardens. Joyce was born on February 10, 1925 in the Town of Holland, the daughter of the late John and Nellie (Guequierre) Klug. She graduated from Cedar Grove High School in 1942. On June 16, 1948 Joyce married the late Ralph F. Anderson in Cedar Grove. Ralph preceded her in death on February 4, 1978. Joyce was a member at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Random Lake. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Joyce is survived by a daughter, Gail deRivera of Lake Villa, Illinois; a son, Paul (Christine Sobek) Anderson, of Geneva, Illinois; five grandchildren, Beth and Andrea deRivera, and Elliot, Amelia, and Eric Anderson; two brothers, Harold (Elvira) Klug of Cedar Grove and Howard (Rosalie) Klug of Oostburg; and one brother-in-law, Frank McCollum of North Carolina. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband; and five sisters, Lydia Bruggink, Ruth Boening, Ethel McCollum, LaVerne Goodlad, and Pearl TeLindert. Funeral services will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Random Lake on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 1 pm, with the Rev. Ned Dorau officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of Sherman. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 11 am until the time of the service.
