Jerrold Pike

Jerrold W. Pike, 52, of W3110 County Tk PP, Sheboygan Falls, died on Saturday afternoon, December 19, 2009 at Aurora Baycare Medical Center in Green Bay. Jerry was born on April 24, 1957 in Plymouth, the son of the late Leslie Pike and Barbara (Raab) Pike. He graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1976. On August 19, 1977 Jerry married Renee Rautmann in the Town of Sheboygan Falls. Jerry worked in the pottery division at the Kohler Co for the past 32 years up until the time of his death. Jerry was a member of Saron United Church of Christ. He enjoyed restoring old gas pumps, working on cars, going to car shows, camping, snowmobiling, and spending time in his garage. He will be remembered as being energetic and the life of a party. He enjoyed attending family activities with his wife, children and grandchildren. Jerry especially was fond of his four grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Renee; one daughter, Kelly (Brian) Kaat of Plymouth; two sons, Jay Pike and Tyler (fiancé Nicole Voskuil) Pike, both of Sheboygan Falls; four grandchildren, Derek and Ereka Kaat, Cody Pike and Jada Lorenz; his mother, Barbara Pike of Sheboygan Falls; five sisters, Judy (David) Debbink of Sheboygan Falls, Susan (Don) Dota of Summerville, SC, Vicky (Dale) Verhage of Plymouth, Debbie (Ed) Cline of Ottumwa, Iowa, Karen (Rick) McCoy of Sheboygan Falls; two brothers, David (Brenda) Pike of Kiel and Jim (Barb) Pike of Sheboygan Falls, a brother-in-law, Gary (friend Carol) Dunton of Howards Grove; three sisters-in-law, Rita (Steve) Bender, Roxan (Gary) Rooker, and Roberta (David) Coppersmith, all of Plymouth; another brother-in-law, Randy (Donna) Rautmann of Sheboygan Falls. Jerry is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends. Jerry was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Pike; his father, Leslie Pike; a sister, Kathy Dunton; and his parents-in-law, Henry and Ruth Rautmann. A celebration of Jerry's life will take place at Saron United Church of Christ in the Town of Sheboygan Falls at 11 am on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 with the Rev. Kathryn Kuhn officiating. Burial will follow at the Saron United Church of Christ Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday from 4-8 pm, and on Wednesday, at church, from 10 am until the time of the service at 11 am.
