Jennifer Forsythe

Jennifer Lee Forsythe, 52, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Luke’s hospital on January 7, 2023. She was born in Sheboygan to Robert and Mary Ann Forsythe on November 11, 1970. She attended Sheboygan public schools and graduated from South High. She later went on to LTC for her CNA. 

Jen loved to enjoy life to the fullest and was an inspiration to us all. She loved singing, dancing, reading and caring for her beautiful plants. Her two beloved dogs Hades and Mabel are what brought her joy everyday. Even more so, her four grandchildren, who gave her a purpose in life. Between dance parties, baking cupcakes and being silly, she loved being a grandma. 

Jennifer is survived by; her father Robert Forsythe, her two children Rebecca (Tucker) DeVriend and Jason (Cassandra) Clark. Her four grandchildren Paisley DeVriend, Brinnley DeVriend, Grace Clark and Weston Clark. Her sisters Kathy (Ross) Ubbelohde and Julie (LeRoy) Guseck, along with many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. 

Jennifer was preceded in death by her mother Mary Ann Forsythe and her sister Barbara Myzsewski.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
