Jean A. Wiganowski, 89, formerly of Sheboygan Falls, died Sunday, March 2, 2008 at Meadowview Manor Nursing Home where she had resided for the past year. Jean was born on July 9, 1918 in Baldwin, Wis., the daughter of the late Lawrence and Mary (Heebink) Zeeveld. Jean was a 1936 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School. On July 17, 1936 she married Norman Wiganowski in Plymouth. He preceded her in death on April 24, 1987. Jean was a member of Bethany Reformed Church in Sheboygan and the Sheboygan Falls Senior Center. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, knitting, card playing, and raising her family. Survivors include three daughters, Marilee Jackson of Sheboygan Falls, Norean (Richard) Seekins of Florida, Ellen Boerger of Howards Grove; one son, Jon Wiganowski of Sheboygan Falls; 10 grandchildren, John (Linda) Jackson, Marilee Jeanette Boerger, Joel (Kelly) Jackson, Jodi (Jim) Beatty, Matthew (Ann) Jackson, Jacki (Roger) Messner, Mark Seekins, Michael Ruselink, Shawn (Megan) Boerger and Angela (Joe) Freeland; 14 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; four sisters, one great grandson, Joshua Boerger; two sons-in-law, Daniel Ruselink, Phillip Boerger; and a grandson-in-law, Jack Boerger. A Memorial Service for Jean will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 6:30 pm at Bethany Reformed Church with the Rev. Lyle Zumdahl, officiating. Inurnment will take place at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery. Friends may call at Bethany Reformed Church on Wednesday from 4:30 pm until the time of services.
