Janice Morauski

Janice M. Morauski, 80, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015, at Pine Haven Christian Home. Janice was born on July 16, 1934, in Port Washington, daughter of Earl and Ann (Gasser) Stieg. She attended Port Washington High School. On May 16, 1953, she married Willard "Bill" G. Morauski in Port Washington. Janice was employed as a secretary with Thomas Industries for 18 years until her retirement in 1994. Janice was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls. She enjoyed painting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Janice is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bill; her two daughters, Susan (Steven) Reiter of Sheboygan and Karen Morauski of Johnstown, Ohio; her son, Gene (Yvonne) Morauski of Oconomowoc; three grandchildren, Nathan (friend Allison) Reiter, Kyle (Annelise) Reiter, and Derek (Nicole) Reiter; and five great-grandchildren. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Jerome (Barbara) Stieg. Relatives and friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Thursday from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. A private family service will follow with Fr. Dan Lasecki officiating. Inurnment will take place at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Sheboygan Falls. A memorial fund has been established in Janice's name for Blessed Trinity Parish and the John Michael Kohler Arts Center.
