Jane Ernster

Jane Elizabeth Ernster, 53, of Oostburg, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Jane was born on October 24, 1963, in Milwaukee to Donald Ernster and Sylvia (Lucas) Lloyd. She attended the Beacon of Light Daycare Center in Belgium for over 20 years. She enjoyed listening to music, sitting outside in the sunshine, and going on car rides. Jane also had a mischievous side, which made the days interesting for all of her caregivers. Jane is survived by her sister, Rita Collins of West Bend; brother, Michael (Cheri) Ernster of Fredonia; three nephews, Andrew Collins, Kevin Collins, Benjamin (fiancé Sara Johnson) Ernster; two nieces, Christina Collins, Rebecca Ernster; and her Step-Mother, Judy Ernster. Jane was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ernster; her mother, Sylvia (Lucas) Lloyd; and a brother-in-law, Donald Collins. A memorial service to celebrate Jane's life will be held at 12pm on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg with Fr. Jim Ernster officiating. An inurnment will take place at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Belgium. Relatives and friends may greet the family at Wenig Funeral Homes in Oostburg on Friday, September 29, 2017 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm.
