Harry L. Sinclair, 82, of Plymouth passed away on Monday morning, June 4, 2012, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Harry was born on July 13, 1929 in Kingsford, Michigan. Harry was the son of Harry Benjamin and Mildred (Craig) Sinclair. He graduated High School from Kingsford High School in 1947. He served in the US Marine Corps from 1948-1968 as part of the "H-3-5" (Howe Co. 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines). Harry was involved in the Korean Conflict, Operation Steel Spike, Dominican Republic Uprising, and the Vietnam War. On October 3, 1953, he married Elizabeth "Betty" Van Remoortere in Quantico, Virginia. He then married Virginia Gundlach on January 4, 1974 in Port Washington. Harry was a computer operator for the Falk Corporation in Milwaukee for 25 year until his retirement in 1993. Harry was a member of Christian Life Assembly of God in Plymouth where "Grandpa Harry" and "Grandma Ginny" taught Sunday School. Harry was an avid football fan for the Port Washington Pirates on Friday, Badgers on Saturday, and Packers on Sunday. He enjoyed biking, running, and participated in many marathons. Harry is survived by his wife, Virginia; one daughter, Shelly (Mike) Rose of Grafton; two sons, Harry Lee Sinclair of Grafton, Stuart (Denise) Sinclair of Plymouth; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Jo (Dick) Rogers of Cedarburg; one brother, Craig Sinclair of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Harry is also survived by his first wife, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Harry was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Shirlee Sorenson. Funeral services to celebrate Harry's life will be held at 11am on Friday June 8, 2012 at Christian Life Assembly of God in Plymouth with the Revs. Rich and Sharon York officiating. Inurnment will take place in South Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the church from 10am until the time of service at 11am. A memorial fund has been established in Harry's name.
