Gladys Budahn

Gladys E. Budahn, 94, formerly of 932 Broadway, Sheboygan Falls, died Monday, May 15, 2006 at Pine Haven Assisted Living in Sheboygan Falls. She was born January 9, 1912 in Medford, the daughter of the late Fred and Minnie (Schoenfeld) Willner. She attended Wittlesey School in Medford. On February 22, 1930, she married Arthur E.Budahn in Wabasha, Minn. He preceded her in death on September 30, 1981. Gladys and her husband owned and operated Budahn Cleaners for 20 years. She was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls. She enjoyed bowling, quilting, card playing and traveling. Gladys is survived by three daughters, Dolores Heidenreiter of Sheboygan Falls, Jacklyn Lawrence of Carson, Calif., Marlene (Warren) Schneider of Holmen; one son, Jerome A. (Jeanne) Budahn of Sheboygan Falls; 19 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 29 great-great grandchildren; one sister, Genevieve Hollenbeck of Medford, and one sister-in-law, Esta Mae Willner of Medford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, one great grandson, one sister, five brothers, three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls, with the Rev. Eugene Neuman, officiating. Entombment will follow at Garden Terrace Mausoleum. Friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home on Thursday, May 18, 2006 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.
