Geraldine Fenner

Geraldine Fenner, 73, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at her home. Geraldine was born on July 30, 1944, in Sheboygan, to Joseph and Anna (Degutis) Tewelis. She attended Sheboygan South High School and graduated with her Bachelors of Science from Lakeland College. On June 3, 1967, Geraldine married Norman at St. Peter Claver in Sheboygan. Geri and Norm Celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last year. Geraldine was a dedicated mother and also worked as a substitute teacher for many years.She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Kohler where she was a member of the choir for over 30 years. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, baking, especially Christmas cookies and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, Allison.Geraldine is survived by her husband, Norman Fenner of Sheboygan Falls; a son, John (Tina Willfahrt) Fenner of Sheboygan Falls; daughter, Ann (Glen) Schultz of Port Washington; one granddaughter, Allison Schultz; two sisters, MaryAnn (Gerald) Teske, and Janet (Paul) DeSombre; a brother, Francis Tewelis; sister-in-law, Florence (James) Popp; and a brother-in-law, David Fenner. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law, Adolph & Adeline Fenner; and a sister-in-law, Marlene (Harold) Meinert.A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Geraldine's life will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018, at 1 pm at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Kohler with Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. A burial will take place at St. Lucas Cemetery in the Town of Sheboygan Falls.Relatives and friends may greet the family at the church on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 10 am until the time of service at 1 pm.A memorial fund is being established in her name for Rocky Knoll Health and Rehabilitation and RCS.For online condolences and additional information please visit www.wenigfh.com.
