Gary F. Stroschein Gary F. Stroschein, 60, of 325 Poplar St, Sheboygan Falls and a longtime resident of Chilton, died Wednesday afternoon, December 10, 2008 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. Gary was born on March 25, 1948 in Sheboygan, the son of Caroline DeZwarte Stroschein and the late Waldemar Stroschein. He graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1966 and served in the US Army in Viet Nam. He married the former Laura Zahringer on April 23, 1977 in Chilton. Gary was a semi truck driver for Schneider International Trucking in Green Bay for the past 11 years before his retirement in July 2008. Gary enjoyed camping, motorcycle trips, watching western movies, yardwork, handyman projects, being outdoors, and spending time with his family. He is survived by a special friend, Bessie Edler; three daughters, Tara (Nick) Karls of Stockbridge, Rebecca Stroschein of Sheboygan Falls, and Spring Stroschein of Chilton; two sons, Nathan (fiancé' Shantel Tasche) of Hilbert, and Nicholas (Anna) Stroschein of Fort Atkinson; six grandchildren Garrett Karls, Owen Stroschein, Ellie Baltz, Connor Steers, Kaedanse Rothe, and Amelia Stroschein; his mother, Caroline Stroschein of Sheboygan Falls; one sister, Lorraine "Lorrie" (Gerald "Jerry") Wilson of Sheboygan Falls; an uncle, John (Isabelle) DeZwarte of Sheboygan Falls; two nieces, Monica (Carlton) Leitch and Rachael Wilson; one nephew Jason Wilson; two great nieces, Maya and Marlette Leitch. He is also survived by Laura and William Baldock. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Waldemar; and one brother, Frederic Stroschein. Funeral services will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at 3 pm with Rev. Tom Gudmundson officiating.
