Floyd E. Rosenthal, 80, of 610 Mark Avenue Apt. 320, Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Friday morning, November 6, 2009 at the Golden Living Center in Sheboygan. Floyd was born on June 13, 1929 in the Town of Plymouth, son of the late Oscar and Elizabeth (Kelling) Rosenthal. On May 19, 1973 he married Peggy J. McDougall in Waldo. Floyd was employed as a machine operator at Mayline Industries for 20 years until his retirement in 1994. Floyd was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Sheboygan Falls. He enjoyed woodworking in his spare time. Survivors include his wife, Peggy; and two sisters, Edna Klein of Sheboygan Falls, and Rita Haft of Plymouth. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Verneda (Roy) Davenport, one brother, Ervin Rosenthal; and two brothers-in-law, Clarence Klein and Vernon Haft Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 1:30 at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls with the Rev. Donald Drollinger officiating. Entombment will take place at Garden of Peace Mausoleum in Sheboygan. Friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home on Tuesday from Noon until the time of the service at 1:30 pm. A memorial fund has been established in Floyd's name for Faith United Methodist Church and the American Cancer Society.
