Esther A. Mahloch, 87 of 915 Broadway Apt 19, Sheboygan Falls died at the Sharon S. Richardson Hospice Center on Friday afternoon, February 29, 2008. Esther was born on June 18, 1920 in Plymouth, the daughter of the late Carl and Emelia (Ahrnsbrak) Clemens. She graduated from Plymouth High School in 1938. On August 3, 1944, Esther married the late Walter Mahloch in Plymouth. He preceded her in death on June 20, 1983. She worked at various factories in Sheboygan County before her retirement. Esther was a member of Salem United Church of Christ in Plymouth and enjoyed crocheting, gardening, puzzles and traveling. She is survived by twin daughters, Lynnette Brehm and Annette Platz, both of Sheboygan; a son, Randall (Elizabeth) Mahloch of Plymouth; seven grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; one sister, Adeline Gahagan of Sheboygan Falls; three sisters-in-law, Marilyn Clemens of Mt. Calvary, Nora Clemens of Plymouth, and Elsie Lemke of Chilton, and one step daughter, Sharon (Vernon) Durst of St. Charles Mo. Esther was preceded in death by her husband, one sister, Anita Warning; and two brothers, Lester and Walter Clemens. Funeral services will be held at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 6 pm with Chaplain Nancy Simenz officiating. Entombment will take place at the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum. Friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday from 4 pm until the time of the service. The Mahloch family would like to extend their appreciation to the devoted staff at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for the love and care given to Esther and her family.
