Edward Michielli

Edward Peter Michielli Edward P. Michielli, 88, of 211 6th Street, Sheboygan Falls died on Saturday morning, November 1, 2008 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Edward was born on September 12, 1920 in Negaunee, Michigan, the son of the late Domenic and Maria (Del Bianco) Michielli. He attended Sheboygan Falls High school. Edward served in the US Navy during World War II. On June 22, 1968 he married the former Ann Paccagnella at St. Rita Catholic Church in West Allis. Edward was a machinist at Kohler General for over 40 years before his retirement in 1985. He was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls and served as a delegate for the IAM Union. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, outdoor barbeque, woodworking, music, watching boxing and the Green Bay Packers and visiting with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Ann; four sisters-in-law, Amelia Michielli of Washington, Fran Parise of West Allis, Betty (Miles) Merkt of Brookfield, and Tina (Richard) Wergin of Montello. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by five sisters, Margaret (Wm) Tresedder, Mabel (James) Anderle, Vera (Warren) Heidenreiter, Linda Schommer, Erma (Adam) Herrmann; three brothers, Bernard, Victor and Albert Michielli; one sister-in-law, Mary (Mario) D'Acquisto; and one brother-in-law, Carl Parise. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Noon on Wednesday November 5, 2008 at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls with the Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of the Mass at Noon.
