Edgar A. Vogt, Jr., 80, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2013, at St. Nicholas Hospital. Edgar was born on October 26, 1933, in Holyoke, MA, son of Edgar Sr. and Josephine (Maziar) Vogt. On July 12, 1958 he married Patricia Ginley in Holyoke, MA. Edgar was employed as an accountant at Bemis Manufacturing for 12 years until his retirement in 1998. Edgar was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls. He was also a member of the Sheboygan Falls Lions and the American Legion. Edgar enjoyed golfing, fishing, and playing cards. Edgar is survived by his wife of 55 years, Patricia; his son Edgar Anthony III (Rose) Vogt of San Francisco; and two grandchildren, Katherine and Annie Vogt. Edgar was preceded in death by his parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 4:00 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. Private family inurnment will take place at Garden of Peace Mausoleum in the Town of Sheboygan. Relatives and friends may call at the church from 3:00 pm until the time of Mass at 4:00 pm. A memorial fund has been established in Edgar's name for the Sheboygan Falls Lions Club and the American Legion Post #149.
