Dorothy Schlumberger

Dorothy June Schlumberger, age 99 of Kohler, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.Dorothy was born in St. Louis, Missouri on December 3, 1919.  On November 26, 1942 she was joined in marriage to Melvin Schlumberger and resided in Jennings, Missouri, Cedarburg, Wisconsin and Kohler, Wisconsin.Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Beverly Latham (Frank) of Oconomowoc and Phyllis Gumm (Darryl) of Kohler.  She is further survived by five grandchildren, Christina, Sarah, Andrew, Brian and Kevin; six great-grandchildren, Katlynn, Leyla, Jace, Cole, Kimberlynn and Carson; and one great-great granddaughter, Madison.  She is further survived by nieces and nephews and her good friend and housekeeper, Susie.Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin, brother, Robert Yuede, sister, Hattie Gillman, nephew Robert (Butch) Yuede, sister-in-law, Viola Thomas, brother-in-law, Spencer Thomas, sister-in-law, Dody Yuede and brother-in-law, Howard Gillman. A private Celebration of Life was held and burial took place at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Wenig Funeral Homes of Sheboygan Falls assisted Dorothy's family with arrangements.
