Mrs. Doris Marie (Scheibl) Moyes of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin passed away to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Doris was born on February 2, 1924 in the Town of Lima, daughter of the late Mr. Joseph and Olive Ogle Scheibl. She was a graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School, class of 1942. In 1945, she was united in matrimony to Mr. Victor Wuestenhagen at St. Mary's Church (Blessed Trinity). They were married for 23 years before Mr. Wuestehhagen's death in 1969. In 1996, she was united in matrimony to Mr. James Moyes who preceded her in death in 1999. Doris worked for American Hydraulics, Great Lakes Homes, Sheboygan Falls Creamery, Lake to Lakes Dairy, and lastly for the Sheboygan Falls Utilities in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin for 23 years before retiring in 1989. She was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish and the Catholic Women's Charity Club. Doris loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved to travel and spend time playing cards with her dear friends. A special memory of her from her grandson Daniel was when Doris bought her new car from the dealership she smiled and said, "I don't want a crappy V6, I want a V8 so I know I can get across the intersection". She would let it rip, pedal to the metal on the highway, because she loved to drive fast. Doris was a sweet, compassionate, beautiful person, mother, and friend who put the needs of her family, friends, and the community above her own. She is deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Doris is survived by her three children, Mr. James Wuestenhagen and his wife Janet, Mr. David Wuestenhagen, and Ms. Susan Turner; her seven grandchildren: Mrs. Michelle (Wuestenhagen) Lanners and her husband Mark; Mr. Casey Wuestenhagen and his wife Judy, Ms. Nealy Wuestenhagen; Mr. Mark Arneson and his wife Wei, Mr. Daniel Turner; Mr. Joseph Wuestenhagen,and Mr. Adam Wuestenhagen. She is also survived by six great grandchildren: Samantha Lanners, Victoria Lanners; Oceanna Pomeroy; Samantha Wuestenhagen; Olivia McPhee; and Amelia Wuestenhagen. Doris is also survived by her sister-in-law, Mrs. Delores Scheibl and family, one niece, Jane (LaChance) Rose, and cousins in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Besides Doris' parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one sister Mrs. Luetta LaChance, one brother, Mr. Raymond Scheibl, one brother-in-law, Mr. Donald LaChance, one niece, Mrs. Mary (LaChance) Tershner, and various cousins who lived out of state. A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Doris' life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Sheboygan Falls. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of Mass. A memorial fund has been established in Doris' name for the Salvation Army and Boys Town.
