Dominick D. Debbink, 18, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away Sunday evening, October 17, 2010 following an automobile accident. Dominick was born on March 5, 1992 in Sheboygan. He is the son of Jamie and Julie Caldwell and Michelle (Debbink) and Felipe Cruz. He was a 2010 graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School. Dominick was currently working at Fresh Brands in Sheboygan. He had aspirations of continuing his education in police science. Dominick was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Sheboygan Falls and the Team Sacrifice Paintball Team. He enjoyed paintball, golf, fishing, and trap shooting. He vacationed with his family to Fort Myers and Orlando, Florida, Seattle, Washington, and Dallas, Texas. He treasured time he could spending camping in Sturgeon Bay and Crivitz. Just recently he and his friends enjoyed a remarkable weekend attending the concert of the Dave Matthews Band. Dominick, also known as "Triple D", was well liked by everyone who knew him and was usually the life of the party. He had a keen sense of humor and enjoyed being with little children. He loved the role of "big brother". Dominick's generous nature enabled others to have a better quality of life by choosing to be a tissue donor. Dominick is survived by his parents, Jamie and Julie Caldwell of Sheboygan and Michelle and Felipe Cruz of Sheboygan Falls; two sisters, Marissa Cruz of Sheboygan Falls and Keirsten Franco of Sheboygan; one brother, Alex Jauregui of Sheboygan; grandparents, David and Judy Debbink of Sheboygan Falls, Larry and Patricia Brunnette of Sheboygan Falls, Tom and Ruth Hansen of Sheboygan, Maria and Pedro Estrada of Sheboygan, and Felipe Cruz Sr. of Dallas, TX; great grandmother, Barbara Pike of Sheboygan Falls; two aunts, Melisa Debbink of Sheboygan Falls and Jenny Hansen of Sheboygan; and four uncles, Shannon Ericsson of Washington, Dutcher Matyjasik of Sheboygan Falls, Curry (Melissa) Caldwell of Burlington, and Jim Hansen of Marinette. Dominick is also survived by cousins, great uncles, great aunts, and many many friends. He was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Leslie Pike; uncle, Jorge Cruz; great uncles, Jerry Pike and Harry Debbink; great aunt, Kathy Dunton; and cousin Angie Pike. Funeral services will be held at Faith United Methodist Church in Sheboygan Falls on Friday, October 22, 2010 at 1:30 pm with the Rev. Donald Drollinger officiating. Burial will follow at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Thursday from 2-7 pm, and on Friday, at church form 12:30 until the time of the service at 1:30 pm.
