Clara Fyffe

Clara D. Fyffe, 62, of Ellettsville, IN, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Clara was born July 25, 1947 in Gary, Indiana to Lyle and Viola (Blunk) Berry. She graduated from Eastern Consolidated High School in Bloomington, IN in 1965. On July 22, 1969 she married John Fyffe in Oolitic, IN. They later divorced. In 1992 she graduated from the University of Southern Indiana. Clara worked as a writer and reporter where she owned and operated All-Write Virtual Office from 1995-2003. She enjoyed writing, graphic design, and needlework. Clara was a member of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA), Master Virtual Assistant (MVA), and the International Association of Virtual Office Assistants (IAOVOA). Clara was a member of Christ Community Church in Bloomington, IN. She contributed to the church by developing their PowerPoint presentations and weekly announcements. Clara is survived by: two sons, Russell (Darlene) Fyffe and their children James, Allen, and Jesse all of Booneville, IN; Jeremiah (Sandy) Fyffe and their children Elijah, Titus, Solomon, Eliana all of Sheboygan Falls, WI.; five sisters, Ellen Gray of Bethpage, TN, Erin (Rick) Spires of Bedford, IN, Frances (Max) Peters of Springville, IN, Millie (Wendell) Pfaff of Whitehall, IN, Colleen (Dan) Childs of Ellettsville, IN; four brothers, Steven Berry of Whitehall, IN, George (Joann) Berry of Bloomington, IN, David (Mary) Berry of Oolitic, IN, Benjamin Berry of Mesquite, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Clara was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services for Clara will be Friday, July 2, at 2:00 at Christ Community Church in Bloomington, Indiana with Rev. Donald Deck officiating. There will be a gathering for family and friends from 12:00 until the time of the memorial service at the church. A memorial fund has been established in Clara's name. The family offers a special thanks to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice, Dr. H. Marshall Matthews, and all of those who have cared for Clara in recent years.
