Cindy Roberts

Cynthia Ann Roberts Cynthia A. Roberts, 69, of 182 York St., Sheboygan Falls, died at her home on Monday, October 27, 2008. She was born April 11, 1939 in Sheboygan, the daughter of the late Peter and Gertrude (Luecke) Reichelsdorfer. Cindy was a 1957 graduate of Sheboygan Central High School. She married James F. Roberts in Sheboygan on September 26, 1959. They owned and operated Roberts Furniture in Sheboygan Falls for 31 years before retiring in 2001. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls. Cindy was also a member of TOPS in Sheboygan; Sheboygan Co. Historical Society and Sheboygan Co. Research Center. She accompanied her husband at many Lions Club functions. Cindy enjoyed sewing and did sewing for Theatre for Young Audiences and UW-Sheboygan Theatre, traveling, her grandchildren, lunches with friends and wintering in Florida. Survivors include her husband, James; two daughters, Deb (Jeff) Hand and Mary (Ken) Weinaug, both of Sheboygan Falls; two grandchildren, TJ and Heidi Weinaug; one brother, Peter (Pat) Reichelsdorfer of Sheboygan; nieces and nephews; special cousin, Janet Lannoye. She was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Sara Mary Weinaug. Funeral services will held on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls, with the Rev. Mark Janzen, officiating. Burial will take place at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 from 3-8 p.m., and on Thursday, at church, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.
