Bradley Woveras

August 7, 1968 — February 21, 2022

Sheboygan Falls

Bradley T. Woveras, 53, passed away peacefully Monday night, February 21, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay with family by his side.

Bradley was born August 7, 1968, the son of Rodney and Lois (Kohlhagen) Woveras.  He was the youngest of their six children and shared incredible bonds with each of his brothers and sisters.  The love Brad had for his family was evident in all the kindness and generosity he displayed.  He loved to host gatherings at his house which included many laughs and classic jokes, which will be sorely missed.

Brad graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1986 and began his 35 year career at Bemis Manufacturing. He had various positions at Bemis throughout the years and most recently was Senior Technical Development Manager in the engineering department.  Brad was very passionate about his career and was respected for his knowledge of the industry by his peers. His Bemis coworkers were like family, creating many lifelong friendships.

Outside of work, Brad had many hobbies and interests that he shared with family members and friends.  There was not a Wisconsin sports team that Brad did not enjoy watching - Packers, Badgers and Brewers were an often topic of conversation. Due to Brad’s success at Bemis, it is no surprise that outside of work he enjoyed working and tinkering on cars, machinery and anything with a motor.  Brad also enjoyed many outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, golfing and especially spending time with his dog, Norman.

Brad is survived by his brother Bennett (Jessica Knapp) Woveras; his sisters: Barbara (Terry) Marten, Bonnie Woveras and Brenda (Craig) Woveras-Schueffner; his sister-in-law Susan Woveras; his nieces and nephews: Brian (Jessica Hoffmann) Woveras, Julie (Mark) Pool, Sarah (Kevin) Fidler, Anthony Woveras, Amy Marten, Kyle (Elli O’Hearn) Marten, Beth Schueffner, Kristen Schueffner, Andrew Schueffner and Brittney Knapp; his great-nieces and nephews: Samantha Fidler, Elizabeth Fidler, Ellis Woveras, Evelyn Woveras and Jacob Pool.  Brad is also survived by many lifelong friends.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Rodney and Lois Woveras, his brother, Brian Woveras and nieces Morgan Knapp and Tricia Woveras.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 5pm on Monday, February 28, 2022, at Blessed Trinity Catholic Parish, 319 Giddings Avenue in Sheboygan Falls with Father Bob Lotz officiating.  The family will receive visitors at the church on Monday from 3pm until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Brad’s name.

Brad’s family would like to express their sincere appreciation to his dear friend Mike Subat for his friendship and connection with Bemis especially during this difficult time.
