Bernice Hass

Bernice M. Hass, 72, of Sheboygan died on Monday afternoon, June 9, 2008 at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home where she had resided for the past fourteen years. Bernice was born on September 22, 1935 in Sheboygan, the daughter of the late Herman and Violet (Wright) Korff. On May 14, 1955 she married the late Dale W. Hass in Aniwa, WI. He preceded her in death on February 16, 2004. Bernice was associated with Blessed Hope Baptist Church in Sheboygan. She enjoyed crafts, bingo, singing, bean bags, and sewing. She is survived by four daughters, Sandy (Stan) Clutts, Barbara Barthels, Bernice (Mark) Beaumont, all of Sheboygan, and Dale Hass of Sheboygan Falls; two sons, Terry Hass of Sheboygan Falls and Herman (Peggy) Hass of Sheboygan; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one sister, Joyce Behnke. Funeral services will be held at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 10 am with Pastor Herman Hass officiating. Burial will take place at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove. Friends may call at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Thursday from 9 am until the time of the service at 10 am. Memorials are appreciated in her name.
