Bernice L. Buck

Bernice L. Buck, of Sheboygan and formerly of The Dalles, Oregon, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan. She was 85 years old.

 Bernice was born February 11, 1939 in Nebraska, the daughter of Virgil and Thelma (Cornealson) Welch. 

 In 1956, Bernice was united in marriage with Earnest C. Buck in Parkersburg, WV. He preceded her in death in 1990.

 For 25 years, Bernice worked at K-Mart in Oregon. 

 Bernice was an avid crocheter and loved her beloved dogs, Ladybug and the late Molly. 

 Bernice is survived by her children: Earnest C. Buck Jr., Elsie Gaither, Ernest “Lyle” Buck and Lena (Dennis) Kultgen; 6 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 Funeral Services will be held at a later date in The Dalles, OR. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Earnest, at Three Mile Cemetery in The Dalles.
