Barbara Mahr

Barbara Jean Mahr, 63, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.Barb was born on August 14, 1954, in Two Rivers, to Lester Anderla and Dorothy (Monfils) Saubert. She attended Bergland Community High School. On July 6, 1996, Barb married Dave Mahr in Sheboygan. Barb was employed by Nemschoff Chairs in Sheboygan as a spray finisher until her retirement in 2016.Barb enjoyed hunting, cooking, especially at deer camp, baking, thrift shopping, sewing, and dirt track and snowmobile racing. Barb's children and grandchildren were her world and she loved spending time with them.Barb is survived by her husband, Dave Mahr of Sheboygan Falls; four children, Tony (Katie) Miller and their children, Mason, Preston and Aidan of Sheboygan Falls, Kellylea (Jake) Manthey and their son, Easton of Stevens Point, Wyler (Kristine) Miller and their children, Makenna, Bree and Hadley of Pelkie, MI; Alicia Miller and her children, Antonio Flowers, Aleyah Flowers, and Austin Seebruch of Sheboygan Falls; her sisters and brothers, Betty (Jim) Trempe of Sheboygan Falls, their children, Chris (Matt) Katte, Becky (Jason) Popp, and Jaymeson (Alex) Trempe, Leslee Anderla of Sheboygan Falls and her children, Peter Gray and Nicole Gray and Nicole's children, Nekaya, Camara and Sadae; Tim Saubert of Sheboygan and Tom (Lori) Saubert of Sheboygan and their son, TJ Saubert; brother -in-law, Craig (Jackie) Miller; sister-in-law, Debbie (Bob) Hietikko; mother-in-law, Ida Mahr and three special friends, Buril (Joan) Hardin, Jennifer Thompson, and Stella (Juan) Ortiz. Barb is further survived by numerous great nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.Barb was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Saubert; father, Lester Anderla; her step dad, William Saubert; sister, Rosie Anderla; three grandchildren, Brewer, Raylea,and Justice Manthey; two nieces, Ashley Saubert, and Tabathia Miller; nephew, Bobbie Hakola and her father-in-law, Rev. Edward T. Mahr.A funeral service to celebrate Barb's life will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 6pm at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Toby Thomack officiating. Relatives and friends may greet the family at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 4pm until the time of service at 6pm.
