Audley Bosman

Audley R. Bosman, 79, of the Town of Lima, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2011 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Audley was born on August 18, 1932 in Baldwin, WI, son the Willis and Jessie (Veenendaal) Bosman. He attended Dye Road School in the Town of Lima. On July 28, 1951 he married Ann Ziemke in the Town of Sheboygan Falls. Audley was a dairy farmer in the Town of Lima for many years. Audley was a member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church in the Town of Lima. He served as a past member of the Sheboygan County Farm Bureau. Audley enjoyed farming, visiting with other farmers, sheepshead, traveling and hunting. Audley is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ann; his daughter, Susan (Jim) Haag of Sheboygan; his son, Alan (Linda) Bosman of Sheboygan Falls; five grandchildren, Kristal (Philip) Klemme, Jessica (Jaren) Warren, April (Dan) Behnke, Ben Bosman and Alayne Bosman; six great-grandchildren, Eric, Isaac and Allison Klemme, Caliey and Brooke Warren and Maysen Behnke; his sister Dorothy Traas of Sheboygan Falls and his brother, Lawrence (Marian) Bosman of Plymouth. Audley was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Wayne Bosman, a sister, Rachel (Arnold) Huebschman, two brothers, Myron (Beatrice) Bosman and Raymond Bosman, and one brother-in-law, Walter Traas. Private graveside services will be held at Gibbsville Cemetery with the Rev. Frederick Jabs officiating. A memorial fund has been established in Audley's name for St. Thomas Lutheran Church and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
