Arthur C. Federwisch, 66, of N6220 Rio Road, Sheboygan Falls, died Thursday, August 24, 2006 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. He was born August 27, 1939 in Sheboygan Falls, a son of the late Carl and Malitta (Sebald) Federwisch. Arthur attended Sheboygan Falls Schools and served in the U.S. Army from 1962-64. On June 25, 1960, he married Gail Fischer in Sheboygan. On January 6, 1959, Art began employment at American Dairy Brands (Bordens), and remained a loyal and faithful employee for 44 years before his retirement. Arthur was a member of Saron United Church of Christ. He loved to travel with his wife which included a trip to Europe. Arthur also enjoyed yard work and taking care of his dogs and cats. He loved to play cards and sheepshead and was a member of Kohler Sheepshead Club and played sheepshead at the Plymouth Senior Center. Survivors include his wife, Gail; a daughter Jill (Michael) Adamavich of Sheboygan Falls; a son, Jeffery Federwisch of Sheboygan Falls; a sister, Irene Kobreek of Michigan; a brother, Donald (Joyce) Federwisch of Plymouth; and his three dogs, Ripley, Abby and Sammy. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert. Funeral services for Arthur will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. at Saron United Church of Christ, with the Revs. Jennifer Dawson and James Martin, officiating. A private family burial will take place at Saron UCC Cemetery on Monday.
