Ardelle Luecke

Ardelle C. Luecke, 78, of W3154 County Road MM, Elkhart Lake, died on Thursday afternoon, June 25, 2009 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. Ardelle was born on April 4, 1931 in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Edwin and LaVilla (Eick) Spitzer. Ardelle graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1949. On October 20, 1951 Ardelle married the late Earl E. Luecke at Trinity Lutheran Church in Howards Grove. He preceded her in death on October 31, 1999. Ardelle enjoyed politics and spending time with her family. She is survived by two daughters, Marcia (Rev. John) Fale of St. Louis, MO, and Sherry (McCabe) Garcia of Sheboygan Falls; two sons, Lee (Cindy) Luecke of Ada, and Gene (Mary) Luecke of Sheboygan Falls; 13 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Sandy Luecke of Minnesota. Ardelle was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; and a son, Lawrence Luecke. Private family services will be held at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls with the Rev. John Fale officiating.
