Antonia Peloquin

Antonia C. Peloquin, 95, formerly of Sheboygan Falls, died Sunday, September 23, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Nursing Home in Janesville. She was born December 24, 1911 in Beausejour, Manitoba, Canada, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anne Cherski. She married Peter N. Peloquin on June 14, 1940 in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on January 13, 1982. Antonia was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls and the Sheboygan Falls Senior Citizens. Survivors include two daughters, Jane (Thomas) Pfeifer of Park Falls, Mary (James) Tenpas of Sheboygan; three sons, William (Grace) of Sheboygan, Peter (Elaine) of Janesville and Donald (Connie) Peloquin of Janesville; 17 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; two sisters, Carol (Al) Secunda of Michigan, and Evelyn Seaone of Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter, a granddaughter, Shannan Peloquin, two great grandsons, Hunter Peloquin and Evan Elliott, seven sisters and four brothers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Parish, with the Rev. Robert Lotz, as celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the mass. A memorial fund will be established in her name for St. Elizabeth Nursing Home in Janesville.
