Aimee Jo Anderkin, 31, of Waldo, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Aimee Jo was born on September 27, 1979 in Plymouth, to Gerald Siebert and Tammy Anderkin. She graduated from Presideo High School in Tuscon, AZ. Aimee Jo was employed as an assistant manager at the Q-Mart in Sheboygan. Aimee Jo was a creative person that enjoyed writing poetry, loved to paint and be artistic, and loved to spoil her nieces and nephews. She will always be the light of her mother's heart and the apple of her papa's eye. She is survived by her father, Gerald "Jerry" (Jane) Siebert of Sheboygan Falls and her mother, Tammy Anderkin of West Palm Beach, FL; her fiance', Chuck Johnson of Waldo; her maternal grandparents, John (Cathy) Anderkin of DePere; one sister, Amanda Burkhardt of Crystal Lake, IL; one brother, Jeremiah (Michelle) Siebert of Sheboygan and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Aimee Jo was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, step-father George Gomez and her uncle, Melvin Siebert. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 4:00 pm at the Chapel of Eternal Light at Greenlawn Memorial Park in the Town of Sheboygan with the Rev. Don Hasse presiding. Entombment will take place in the mausoleum at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the Chapel from 3:00 pm until the time of the service at 4:00 pm. A memorial fund has been established in Aimee Jo's name.
